Required Information for Applications - (a.) Government issued photo ID, (b.) Last 8 weeks of pay stubs or last two years of tax returns for self-employed individuals (bank statements are not acceptable), (c.) A pet application completed at www.petscreening.com if pet(s) are included in the household, (d.) Current Landlord contact info and for the previous three years, (e.) All adults aged 18+ must apply individually with their own email address and pay a $85 application fee; this fee is not refundable.

Common Reasons Applications are Declined - Incomplete application, not all occupants over 18 have applied, previous evictions, active collections from current and past landlords, poor payment history or no credit, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, active bankruptcies, pets over 30lbs (no aggressive breeds allowed), excess vehicles, and move in dates too far in future can also be a reasons for a declined application. Additionally, criminal records are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be grounds for denial.
